Join us for a Hospice Education & Informational Session at Celebration Villa of Lakemont Farms, in partnership with Amedisys Hospice. This event is designed to provide clarity, comfort, and compassionate guidance for individuals and families facing difficult healthcare decisions.

On May 21 from 1:00–4:00 PM, you’ll have the opportunity to learn what hospice care truly means—not just medically, but emotionally and personally. We’ll gently walk through when hospice may be appropriate, how it supports both patients and families, and address common misconceptions that often cause unnecessary fear.

Most importantly, you’ll have time for private, one-on-one conversations with experienced hospice professionals who are there to listen, answer your questions, and support you—without pressure or obligation.
